It reminds that can’t connect to the data base when the SQL

Possible cause:
The SQL Server(MSSQLSERVER) service is not activating
Solution:
My computer-click the right mouse button-management-service and application program-service-”SQL Server(MSSQLSERVER)”-start by click the right button, connect to the data base again.
