Possible cause:
1, the card is not issued  
2, the access control device loses the secret key  
3,the access control device is not working

Inspection measures:
Check whether the user card was issued or not through the one-card management software. Check whether the access control device can swipe the managing card. If it can’t swipe the managing card, it means the access control device is bad.
